Dave Dillon brings over fifteen years of diversified health care experience to L&E clients. His varied background included product development and financial assessment of both short-term and long-term health coverages. His successes include assisting two States in their development of programs to cover their uninsured and high-risk populations. Dave is active in assisting colleges to develop actuarial programs and in educating their students about the actuarial profession. He also tutors Statistics and Mathematics to college and high school students, which helps him communicate mathematical issues to non-technical people. Dave is an avid college sports fan who has been active with his alma mater Oklahoma State University, serving as the president of a regional alumni association chapter.
